“A great company! We live in Trilogy and they recently installed a ceiling fan for us. Their Tech, Matt, showed up right on time, put together the fan, found a power source for it and hung it up. Great job! Then, my wife came home and said I gave him the wrong down rod to the fan, we had a longer one to match the other fan in the Great Room. So I called Trout Electric and for NO CHARGE they came back and took the fan apart and put on the longer down rod! Very impressed. The two techs that came, Matt and I’m sorry that I forget the other fellows name, were both knowledgeable, pleasant guys and cleaned up the living room when done.
