“Amazing company to work with! I recently purchased a home and have been doing little projects here and there. For the bigger stuff I’ve been hiring contractors and yesterday I had a painting contractor out to paint 2 extra bedrooms upstairs. While resurfacing a wall in one room, they had plugged in an air compressor and blow dryer which blew something and the power to part of my house went out. We checked the breakers and GFI outlets but to no avail. I sent out a request on yelp for quotes this morning for someone to come out and assess the situation ASAP. Trout was the first to say they’d have someone out and a technician showed up at 4p. He checked the breakers and determined those were fine so we came inside and within a few minutes he figured out the problem and boom, problem solved! I can’t tell you as a new homeowner how good it feels to get great service from true professionals and the relief knowing it wasn’t something crazy that would cost me thousands to repair.
