Jeff has been so understanding of my concerns and willing, at every turn, to answer any questions and explain the work they will be doing. Jeff has made recommendations, never being hard-sell in the least, with full description of the the work and the results. They recently replaced a ceiling fixture for us, along with making upgrades to the electrical line in the attic serving the fixture. They also replaced our whole-house surge protector, giving new up-to-date security. These guys are so careful and respectful of our home, which is appreciated beyond words.
