“Scott and Zach did an excellent job installing an upgraded electrical panel. Communication was excellent and the job necessitated coordination with city inspectors and Southern California Edison all on the same day as the install. It took a little while getting the permits and coordinating with the other agencies, but on the day of construction everything went smoothly and it was done within a couple of hours. Price was reasonable and we had a quote from another that was double what Trout came up with. Scott gave me the contact of their preferred subcontractor to complete the stucco for final inspection.”
