“The Trout Electric team showed up timely (10 min early) and were very professional and courteous. Aaron, the lead electrician, review the installation process and expectations for completion. I have a severely, disable special needs daughter and he was conscientious of this to avoid shutting off power in my home for an extended period of time since she requires a sustained temperature environment within the home and has medical equipment. The team completed their work in half the time expected. Aaron also advised me on special programs through the state & SCE for homes with medical needs to help pay for a (tesla) battery backup along with solar panels. “John and Noah were amazing! They came right on time and were very thorough with the work. We had 3 smart switches, a smart thermostat, and 2 Nest fire alarms installed. I got the battery Nest fire alarms by mistake and John let me know. They were nice enough to wait while I ran out to get the right kind. The switch in the garage was awful and they did an amazing job fixing it up. We were so impressed with them. They were really nice guys. Even our dog loved them. John and Noah really went above and beyond and we will only be going back to them for all our electrical work!”
