“The guys showed patients and great professionalism. They wore mask upon I meeting them at the door. They couldn’t fix the pull chain to my old fan even when they ordered the same equivalent part from Harbor Breeze. The part from Harbor Breeze just didn’t work with my out dated ceiling fan. They instead offered to install a new fan once I bought one and take away my old fan for free. They came and installed the fan and entertained my son. Great job guys and thanks for installing my new ceiling fan.”
“The attic fan started making loud noises, so I called them to assess the problem. After examining it, they told me that the motor was failing and needed replaced. I found and purchased a similar model which they were able to take the motor from and put it into the existing roof mount, saving me extra time and money on roofing work.”
“A great company! We live in Trilogy and they recently installed a ceiling fan for us. Their Tech, Matt, showed up right on time, put together the fan, found a power source for it and hung it up. Great job! Then, my wife came home and said I gave him the wrong down rod to the fan, we had a longer one to match the other fan in the Great Room. So I called Trout Electric and for NO CHARGE they came back and took the fan apart and put on the longer down rod! Very impressed. The two techs that came, Matt and I’m sorry that I forget the other fellows name, were both knowledgeable, pleasant guys and cleaned up the living room when done. We were replacing an OLD ceiling fan that had a plastic bracket, they recommended and installed a stronger metal bracket for added security (the new fan is bigger).
