“Matt and Shane came out to install an EV charger but had to add a breaker and move some circuits. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves….They left for the day, but then I ran into a problem around 11pm that night. A few of my thermostats threw power errors and the AC wasn’t working. I called Matt on his cell and he answered while still working on another job. He understood my frustration and came out the next morning by 6:45a and was able to resolve the issue in under 20 minutes. Great customer service isn’t too common these days, but these guys definitely know how to treat a customer. Even though the job wasn’t done, they made sure to come back and complete it…. that’s awesome! Highly recommend Trout!!!”
