Communication was excellent and the job necessitated coordination with city inspectors and Southern California Edison all on the same day as the install. It took a little while getting the permits and coordinating with the other agencies, but on the day of construction everything went smoothly and it was done within a couple of hours. Price was reasonable and we had a quote from another that was double what Trout came up with. Scott gave me the contact of their preferred subcontractor to complete the stucco for final inspection.”
